Return Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for returns, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Steps to Request a Return or Refund:

You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product back to us.

Reason for the return.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds are issued once the returned product(s) are received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end.

Important Notes:

Products returned without prior authorization (RMA number) will not be processed for a refund.
Refunds may not be issued if:
The product is returned after 60 days.
The product is not returned to the provided address.
Insufficient information is provided with the return request.
